My lockpad is not unlocking with the key it came with and they would not give me a replacement or refund.

I bought two of these for a locking ceremony for my daughter’s wedding, they are perfect!!! The lock a perfect size and the engraving is beautiful. We love it!!

I got this for my grandson and his new bride. I thought they might lock it to bridge, or a tree branch on their honeymoon (throw the key away)....but it looks like some of those places are off-limits now. They attached it to a small wedding box at the reception table, and it was so beautiful. Engraving was nice, packaged nicely. They loved it.

Lock arrived and had thin plastic on both sides to protect it, too bad when I lifted the plastic there was already a large scratch there....

I bought these locks to use one on a bondage collar, and the other for a lock box. It comes with two keys, which I immediately tied to a string and hung on a command hook in the kitchen so I wouldn't lose them. So far, they've held up nicely. They're a little bigger than expected, but they do the job!
