If your issue is about intellectual property rights infringement by a vendor and his/her products, please provide supporting documents to help us verify the claim and act accordingly. We take intellectual property rights seriously. Given the claim was substantiated, we will act to remove illegitimate product listings, limit or remove that vendor's selling rights on OnePlaceGifts Marketplace and provide in our capacity all collaborative assistance required by the rights owner and law enforcement.
