I ordered a personalized champagne flutes set for an anniversary gift. The package arrived in the mail promptly. I was so disappointed when I opened it and realized I had made a mistake when filling out the customization informaiton online. It was engraved with the wrong date and it was completely my fault! This was Tuesday and the anniversary party was only 8 days away! I wrote to support and Lora replied in no time. She had a replacement made with the correct year and express shipped it free of charge! It arrived just in time and was a beautiful set. I will definitely be shopping with oneplacegifts.com again!

Owner sent the wrong product but I tell you I'm still impressed. Bought a smaller yellowish pineapple savings bank off this seller and received a HUGE pineapple in gold. I mean seriously HUGE for my hand palm. Very well made and my 5 year old son was running around the house with it and I was like NONONO it's made from ceramic. Great product.

Along with the two small tooth and hair lock boxes from oneplacegifts, these cute flip flop bottle openers make a wonderful gift for a shower. I was able to have each piece with engraving with date and initials placed on this sandal beer opener so it was a win win for me! Well made and very adorable small gifts. Bought house keychains from Oneplacegifts and I was thrilled how nice they turned out for my real estate business. Unfortunately I found there were two packs missing. When I placed my new order for the house design wine stopper I told them that and the person replied in no time and promised to reship. My order came fairly fast in just a bit over 10 days and all products were so well packed and I was given two ball pens engraved with my business name on them. I thought that was a nice friendly gesture as they apologized for not sending my first order in full quantity. I didn't expect that. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICES. I recommend to all.

Everything was great. Ordering was easy, customer service was readily available, shipping was quick comparatively, & the set I ordered was beautiful. Engraved stylus pen with laser and flashlight was impressive for the price I paid. Everyone at work loved it & I'm sure the recipient will too.
