The leather looks nice. With proper use and care, I am sure it will develop a nice patina.
Construction is sturdy. The inside walls of the case seem to be a synthetic material, glued to the leather used for the exterior. The flap is full leather, with the metallic closure.
Good looking and small enough to carry some cigarettes or a smaller e-cig, and/or some small accessories (thinking USB sticks, cards, adapters).
