Listing a product

1. Log in to your vendor administrator area at www.oneplacegifts.com/vendor.php by entering your username and password.

2. Click “Products” Tab,
Choose “Products” in the dropdown menu,
Move mouse over to “+” tab located on the top right corner to add a product.
(Click tab with gear sign, also located on the top right corner, to explore more ways to add products, e.g., Bulk product addition, Clone selected)

3. Complete mandatory fields that include: Name (Name of the product), Category (Category under which the product is listed), List price (Selling price), Images (Main and additional product images).

4. Click “Create” tab located on the top right corner to include the product in our catalog.

5. Continue to fill up additional fields: Full description (Product descriptions), CODE (Product identifier number), In stock (Stock level of the product),SEO details under “SEO” tab (SEO helps improve search performance), as well as Features and Tags where you see necessary.

If the product has multiple options (Sizes, Colors, Styles), click “Options” tab, click “+Add option”, and fill up fields to add options to the product. For example, to create options for a product with size options - 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, sold for $10, $15, $20 respectively, you need to first give it a name for the option (e.g., Sizes), tick the "Required" box if you require customers to choose from one of these sizes in order to proceed to checkout, then under "Variant" tab, give each size option a numeric number (e.g., 1 for 20cm, 2 for 30cm, 3 for 40cm) to decide the sequence of the size options shown to customers at storefront, and then give a dollar value to each size option, if necessary. (e.g., leave blank for the base price which is the same as the listed price previously set for 20cm ($10), and write 5 for 30cm and 10 for 40cm - meaning increases in price, on top of the base price, by $5 and $10 for these two larger sizes respectively. This gives us $15 for 30cm and $20 for 40cm)

You may also click “+add global option” tab for pre-set options you can use for your product.

If the product is customizable with texts, click “+add global option” tab, and select "Font Type" (you may opt to not use these pre-set fonts) in the dropdown menu as this will enable customers to choose a font type when placing their custom order.
(if you use these pre-set fonts, then the customizable product you are editing should have an additional image named "Font Collection" ( Download the image for "Font Collection" here) so customers are able to see how their chosen font type looks before they actually pick that font type. Please add this image along with additional product images).

6. Click “Save” tab located on the top right corner to complete editing the product.

Marketplace Policies & Settings Binding Vendors Selling Activities


OnePlaceGifts marketplace aims to becoming a customers' favorite online gift shopping website, and to reach our goal, we understand the importance of supporting our vendor community in ways that protect vendors' rights from malice, promote their offerings, improve their product portfolios and improve their financial bottomline.

1. Familiarize yourself with and comply with OnePlaceGifts Universally-Binding Settings and Policies to improve customer protection, satisfaction and loyalty, and to improve your selling performance as a result. To view these settings and policies in detail, browse “INFORMATION” and “COMPANY POLICIES” sections located near the bottom of the website.

2. Always honor your obligations to fulfilling orders promptly and with precision and quality.

3. Be friendly and helpful whenever a customer contacts you through e-mail or phone call. E-mails should be replied within 24 hours.

4. Never use customer information for any purpose other than the need of it for fulfilling an order. Marketplace administrator will remove a vendor's selling previleges and may withold the vendor's sales procceds permenantly if the vendor is found in breaching our user data privacy policies.

5. Free Standard Shipping offer applies to orders $25 and over. Marketplace administrator may change this offer at any time without notice but such change will be posted on product details page.

6. Economy Shipping and Expedited Shipping orders will always incur shipping charges to customers.

7. Marketplace administrator may run promotions from time to time to direct more traffic and sales to vendors. And a vendor's listing/s may be included in such promotions without prior notice. Vendors need to honor these promotions at all times.


8. Vendor listings are subject to moderations by marketplace administrator as to stay aligned with OnePlaceGifts positioning as a trustworthy online gift shopping destination. Vendors need to list high quality products that truly add value to our customers who are reaching out to find a gift that is uplifting and unique.


9. Vendors are NOT allowed to engage in malicious selling activities, including but not limited to listing duplicated products, copying contents from other vendors, competing with other vendors with unrealistic prices, listing a same product another vendor has been selling on the marketplace.
